President Obama faces a daunting uphill battle in many key states this election year: Michigan, Colorado, Ohio, Florida, Wisconsin, and Virginia. Topple that with the enormous disadvantage the President is facing financially, against his Wall Street and corporate financed competitor, Mitt Romney, and you have the makings of a losing re-election campaign.

Pile on a rancid economy, caused by regulatory capture by private industry over the past 31 years, stagnant or declining wages / personal wealth, plus a crumbling housing market; and you really have a disaster for one's re-election aspirations.

And then to finish it all off, we have the bulk of President Obama's policies, rancid, horrible, non-transparent, despicable policies, leadership, and back room deals, that all but sealed the door on Barrack Obama returning for a second term in office.

The entire Obama Administration is in scramble mode, as they try to figure out a catchy way to speak to the people, while not pissing off their corporate sponsors. Tantalizing the blind voter with some of the discarded promises from the 2008 campaign, and pretending things will be different over the next four years.

With the recent discoveries that President Obama has been less than transparent with his use of deadly force by drones, his willingness to help corporations avoid regulation, and the completely hypocritical use of leaks for political advantage – while also cracking down on valid whistle-blowers; is proof enough to why President Obama should be a one-term president.

Unfortunately, Mitt Romney is seen as the only viable choice for the many ignorant voters out there, unaware that Romney is also squarely in the hands of the corporate oligarch that reigns supreme over America.

Democrats, Progressives, and Moderates only have themselves to blame for not holding President Obama to the same high standards, that then Senator Obama, set for himself.

History has not been written yet, but what a complete waste of opportunity it was for President Obama to squander his presidency away to corporate thieves and war hawk sociopaths. But this actually is the best thing for America. Ending the ridiculous trend of two-term-presidencies, is exactly what our country needs to get its political houses back in order.
