Kate Martin was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, a town well known for its bubbling hot springs, which coincides well with her bubbly personality. As a child Kate moved to Northern California, and ever since she has a deep love for the area, its energy, and people. After attending Justin-Siena High School, in Napa Valley, she went onto graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a business degree in Marketing. Kate has spent the majority of her life studying, but as a well rounded book worm, she has also been involved in many extra-curricular activities (cycling, equestrian riding, running, travel abroad, writing on various topics in a college news paper, market research, collaboratively creating a semester-long company, selling, public-speaking, and acting). Kate is naturally attracted to all things creative and flowing with positive energy. For instance, Kate has planted both a high-heel and money tree in the back yard, and sends it positive vibes daily. Kidding aside, Kate is stylish, and loves helping others discover or learn more about creative outlets like fashion. Realizing this is both a political and fashion magazine Kate wants the reader to know that the only party she will be quoted as following is the one in her head and heart- 24/7- yup, she likes to think for herself all the time.
