Leah Myette was raised in the sketchy part of Queens, New York.
She studied ballet for eight years, four of which she spent taking the subway every morning to New York’s famous High School of Performing Arts.
She has a BA in literature from the University of Chicago and MA in Interdisciplinary Studies in Slavic Languages and Literatures, also from the University of Chicago.
Now, tired of the wind off of Lake Michigan and the bone chilling cold which accompanies it, Leah lives in LA where she hopes to be seen as not just another moody New Yorker. You can find her work and her unbridled opinions all over the internet.
