A native of San Francisco, Hugo Delgado is the rarest of political animals: A conservative raised in the bastion of liberalism. Experienced in several areas of finance including accounting, insurance, investments, and private equity, Hugo has been a part of several silicon valley start-ups.
Ranging from a fledgling advertising business to a large mining concern, Hugo has experienced the gamut of industries and service sector ventures. His significant experience in heart of the entrepreneurial engine gives him valuable insight into the effects of fiscal and social policy on our economy. Hugo is an award winning public speaker and his experience has imbued an expertise on the effects of campaigning in elections.
After watching on the sidelines as American political philosophy reached a fulcrum in history, Hugo has decided to join the fray. With an eye towards the evolutionary path of American political thought, Hugo will seek to examine what has, what does, and what will make a Conservative.
