Angel was born and spent most of her life in South Florida, an area that was liberal with a few conservative tendencies (and people...and laws). After covering government on the national level in Washington DC for four years, Angel returned home and worked in the social service non-profit sector while getting her Master's in Mental Health Counseling. In early 2010, she finally came to her senses and promptly moved to San Jose, California. She currently has no plans to return to Florida.
When she's not writing for career purposes, Angel is writing just about everything else, from reviews to commentaries to novels. When she's not doing that, she's probably exploring some random part of the Bay Area. Feel free to contact her about story ideas, rants, and raves...especially raves.
